Erin started her nursing career in 2001 after earning her Associates of Science nursing degree from  Manatee Community College, followed by her Bachelor’s degree in 2012,  and then her Masters of Science in Acute Care Gerontology,  both from the University of South Florida in 2015; simultaneously while raising two beautiful daughters.

Erin has earned the Critical Care Registered Nurse accreditation, is a member of the American Nurses Association, and board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  She has special interest in heart failure, structural heart, cardiothoracic surgery, and research in new valve technologies.

Today Erin maintains a pivotal role in the structural heart and research departments at both Manatee Memorial and Riverview Cardiac Surgery, specializing in the care of patients with valve and heart disease.

When she is not at the hospital or office taking care of patients, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, friends, family, and fur babies.
